IPE Core 2: Teamwork and Conflict Management

In IPE core 2, students will be then given strategic tools for creating teams and managing conflicts. Indeed, conflicts in health teams are detrimental to the patient/client, leading to less than optimal healthcare. Here we will also highlight the importance of quality through collaboration as well as the importance of safety measures and system design to avoid errors.

Students will have the opportunity to use these tools during the group session.
