The Health Fair in Byblos Souk took place on October 14, 2016. It was organized by nursing faculty Mrs. Abi Saad-Youssef and involved faculty and students from the School of Nursing, Nutrition Program, and School of Pharmacy.

The Diabetes Awareness Campaign was organized by Nutrition Program faculty Ms. Sandra Karnaby. It took pace on November 14, 2016 at the City Center Mall, Hazmieh and involved faculty and students from the School of Nursing, Nutrition Program, and School of Pharmacy.  

Foods That Fight Cancer was an interprofessional public awareness event that was organized by School of Medicine faculty Dr. Nancy Chedid. It took place on February 4, 2017 which coincided with World Cancer Day, at Supermarket Jbeil. This practice IPE activity involved faculty, interns, and students from the School of Nursing, Nutrition Program, and School of Medicine. Participants surveyed and educated hundreds of customers about the vital issue of healthy foods that fight cancer, with an immediacy provided by the ideal setting of a supermarket. In the true spirit of interprofessional collaboration, the LAU Nursing Club invited participating students from the other disciplines to join them in a second cancer awareness event on February 20, 2017 at the LAU-Byblos campus.

The Clinical Simulated Experiences were a series of four practice IPE activities that were conducted at the clinical simulation center within the Chagoury Health Sciences Center on March 15, March 29, April 19, and April 26, 2017. The activities were organized and implemented by School of Pharmacy faculty Dr. Lamis Karaoui, School of Medicine faculty Dr. Nadia El Asmar, and nursing faculty Ms. Maha Habre. They involved students from the School of Nursing, School of Medicine, and School of Pharmacy. 

The Clinical Case Solving and Presentation was organized by nursing faculty Dr. Rita Doumit. It took place on April 21, 2017 at the LAU Medical Center Rizk Hospital and involved faculty and students from the School of Nursing, Nutrition Program, and School of Pharmacy.
