Practice IPE Activities

While the LAU-IPE Steps proved to be very successful and in order to increase appreciation for the importance of interprofessional collaboration, students have consistently recommended that there be more IPE learning activities in the clinical setting. The IPE Work Group is therefore launching a call for proposals for practice IPE activities. A full-time faculty member should lead the activities and involve students from two or more LAU health and social care majors (medicine, nutrition, social work, pharmacy, nutrition). While the lead faculty should be a full-timer, other members involved may be part-timers. Small stipends will be awarded to the Faculty involved in the activities. A total of ten practice IPE activities have been funded so far: five in Academic Year 2015-2016 and five more in Academic Year 2016-2017.
